I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The attention to detail was evident from the moment I arrived. The owner personally greeted me and showed me to my table at dinner, introducing me to my attentive waitress. The food was consistently excellent and there were clear labels for those with dietary restrictions. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for accessing the lifts and the ski resort itself had fantastic snow conditions. The best endorsement I can give is that I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The ski slope was just steps away from my balcony, and the half-board menu had a great selection of food. The staff was very helpful, and they even had our family name written on a label on our table for a personal touch. Additionally, this hotel was perfect for families with small children, and everything was very clean.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Ski-in/ski-out convenience. Helpful and obliging staff. Excellent food. Comfortable and quiet bedrooms. Central location. Access to wellness facilities. Nice Christmas celebration for children. Good breakfast with lots of choices

We stayed at a hotel near the ski slopes which was convenient for us. the breakfast buffet had an excellent fresh milk selection and the dinner meals were very good, especially the Tafelspitz and Wiener Schnitzel. the wellness area was a great plus, with 2 saunas and a steam bath. On one occasion, they had classical music, albeit somewhat charming. the staff were friendly enough and the possibility of ordering drinks was not pressed at all.

The hotel lacked Internet connection for one day.

The Christmas celebration at the hotel was great! My children received presents and there was a lovely atmosphere. Another positive aspect was the hotel's location near the ski lift, which made it easy for us to get around. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the saunas.

Our room had a separate toilet and bathroom, but unfortunately, there was no sink in the toilet, and the bathroom door opened inward, making it difficult to access at night. The cleaning products used in the bathroom also had a strong odor, which was unpleasant.

The Christmas celebration was well organized and enjoyable. the central location and proximity to the ski lift made it very convenient to access the slopes. the wellness area was a great way to relax and unwind after skiing all day, and the two saunas were particularly nice.

The room had a few issues that detracted from the experience. the door to the bathroom opened inside the room, making it difficult to access at night without disturbing others.
